Today, our team joined a special training on handling aggressive cats with Teacher Tui from Ministry of Cat — a nationally recognized expert in caring for challenging cats.
(Just hearing the name makes every cat parent nod in agreement 😹)
Even though we don’t officially take aggressive cats, we chose to learn these skills.
Why? To deepen our groomers’ understanding of cat behavior and bring back techniques that ensure every cat who comes for grooming feels safe, comfortable, and properly cared for.
🧴 This training runs 3 full days, across 3 weeks.
(So if you’ve booked grooming on Sundays during this period, thank you for giving our groomers time to upgrade their skills!)
